The challenge
Kiddi had a working mobile and web application that had reached its limits. They wanted a brand new product in its place — designed precisely, rebuilt on modern foundations, and consistent across every device their customers use.
Our approach
The new application was designed pixel-perfect in Figma and optimised for a seamless experience across devices, phones included. Design and build ran against the same source of truth, so what shipped matched what was approved.
React Native carried the mobile application across iOS and Android from one codebase. CodeIgniter and PHP handled the backend, providing a scalable, secure platform for core functionality and database management.
We extended the admin panel with additional features, giving the business one place to manage user accounts, content, and analytics. Everything was tested thoroughly before release rather than after it.
The outcome
Deployment on DigitalOcean gave the product reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure with the performance and availability its customers expect — a modern application, fast and secure across mobile and web.
